As can my love for it. I stand by my wanker assertion. I find with many musicians the inner wanker concealed by their seminal works is revealed in later years. As is the case with, say, Paul McCartney. There may have been a confusion with my usage of the word “wanker” here as well. I meant it less in the UK sense of “tosser” and more in the North American sense of a "musical masturbator". Steve Vai would be an example of a wanker in this regard. My disdain for prog can be sustained indefinitely. As can my love for it.
