    I just listened to the barbeque podcast. I enjoyed it as I enjoy most from CAF. However, “here across the pond” barbeque is taken very seriously, especially in the southern states. Cooking burgers and steaks is Grilling. Barbeque specifically means low and slow with flavor from the types of wood used for smoke production. Here in the South the pig is king. In the midwest around Texas beef leads the popularity contest. Keep up the good work. I enjoy hearing the British side of food as it differs sometimes from here in the “colonies”.
