Listening to the podcast and your comments about HOME ALONE. Have any of you seen this movie since it came out in 1990?

    1) Over night, before the family is to leave to Paris, a winter storm came through and nocked out the electricity and phone lines. a Repairman states this in the movie.

    2) A head count is done by the oldest female child while the parents are scrambling to get to the airport on time since they over slept because of the power outage. The parents think everyone is there.

    3) They attempted to call neighbors, but no elese is home. All are gone for the holidays too. That is one of the reasons why the “Wet Bandits” choose that street.

    4) The police were called and even went to the house, but Kevin was scared at the time and didn’t answer the door.

    5) Getting from Paris to Chicago, on Christmas eve/Christmas, is NOT an easy task. Everyone is traveling and weather is a factor.

    6) Home Alone 2 had the family stuck in Miami.

Haha, probably not. Masters of None pride ourselves on never checking facts and talking a lot of poo. You got us. Seems like a lot of coincidence there though, no?
