Rick Tetrault
Rick (Admiral Marius) Tetrault is a Yankee/Southerner hybrid who currently teaches Technical Theatre to eager college students in Florida. He has been a Star Trek fan since the age of five when he saw “The Empath” during the show’s initial airing. He soon moved beyond Trek and embraced the entire universe of ‘hard’ Science Fiction by voraciously consuming the works of Clarke, Asimov, Niven, Simmons and Zelazny. He also tempered all this science with such fantastic giants as Tolkien, Chalker, and Aspirin. Rick is a relative newcomer to podcasting, having heard his first episode of Make It So (only the greatest Star Trek podcast ever) in January of 2008, but he knew immediately that this was his destiny. Building on the inspiration of Simply Syndicated, and fortified by the incredible contributions of his cohosts, Karen and Kennedy, Rick is thrilled to be bringing Starbase 66 to the wonderful listeners of the Simply Syndicated network.
